NeverMiss.ai is operated by NeverMiss AI LLC, a Georgia limited liability company. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our website (justnevermissai.com) and our AI phone receptionist service.

Website Visitors

• Contact form: Name, email, phone number, company name, trade/industry, and message when you submit the contact form
• Usage data: Standard web analytics (pages visited, referral source) collected by our hosting provider (Vercel)

Voice AI Service (Callers)

• Call data: Caller name, phone number, email (if provided), address, service type requested, urgency level, and call summary
• Transcripts: Text transcripts of AI conversations are generated and stored to deliver lead data to our clients
• Call metadata: Call duration, timestamp, and phone number of the calling party

Clients (Businesses)

• Business name, contact info, services offered, business hours, and payment information (processed by Stripe)

• Caller data is used solely to deliver lead information to the business that the caller was trying to reach
• Client data is used to configure and personalize the AI receptionist for each business
• Contact form data is used to respond to inquiries about our service
• Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• ElevenLabs: AI voice processing (call audio is processed in real-time, not permanently stored)
• Twilio: Telephony infrastructure for call routing
• Supabase: Database hosting for lead and client records
• Google Workspace: Email notifications and Google Sheets for lead delivery
• Stripe: Payment processing
• Vercel: Website hosting

Each provider operates under their own privacy policy. We select providers that maintain appropriate security standards.

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share data only:

• With the business client whose phone number the caller dialed (this is the core service)
• With third-party service providers listed above, as necessary to operate the service
• When required by law or to protect our legal rights

Phone numbers collected for SMS communications, and any data related to your SMS opt-in consent (timestamp, method of consent, message preferences, IP address at time of submission, and the version of the disclosure shown to you), are used only to deliver the SMS messages you have opted in to receive, plus required record-keeping for compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and CTIA Messaging Principles.

We will not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers may be processed by service providers (e.g., Twilio, ElevenLabs) acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages and operate the service.

You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. Reply HELP for help, or contact team@justnevermissai.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Full SMS terms: SMS Communications & Consent.

SMS opt-in records are retained for at least five years after the last message sent or after opt-out, whichever is later, as required by applicable regulations.

Lead data is retained for the duration of the client relationship plus 90 days. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Clients may request deletion of their data by emailing team@justnevermissai.com.

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (TLS), access controls, and secure credential storage. Database access requires authenticated service credentials. Payment information is handled entirely by Stripe and never touches our servers.

You may request to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate data
• Delete your data (subject to legal obligations)
• Opt out of marketing communications
