SMS Communications & Consent

NeverMiss.ai is operated by NeverMiss AI LLC and provides an AI voice receptionist service for home service businesses. When you opt in to SMS messages from NeverMiss.ai, you authorize us to send you text messages as described below.

What you'll receive

Account & service messages

Appointment confirmations, missed-call alerts, callback notifications, account and billing updates, security codes (2FA), and other operational notifications related to your account or a service request you submitted.

Promotional messages (separate opt-in required)

Occasional offers, product announcements, and tips related to your home service business. Promotional messages require a separate opt-in checkbox and are never sent to anyone who has only opted in to account & service messages.

Frequency

Message frequency varies by message type. Account and service messages are sent as needed, when an event tied to your account occurs. Promotional messages typically arrive 1–4 times per month.

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. NeverMiss.ai does not charge for SMS messages — your wireless carrier may charge based on your plan.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT — any reasonable opt-out keyword will be honored.

Opt-out requests are processed within 10 business days as required by the Federal Communications Commission. After you opt out, you will receive one final SMS confirming the opt-out and no further messages.

Privacy

We will not share, sell, transfer, or otherwise disclose your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Phone numbers may be processed by service providers (e.g., Twilio, ElevenLabs) acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages and operate the service. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Consent is voluntary

SMS consent is not a condition of purchase or service. You can use NeverMiss.ai without opting in to any SMS communications. Opting in to account & service messages does not require opting in to promotional messages, and vice versa — they are independent choices.

How we collect consent

All SMS opt-ins are collected via web forms on this site — specifically:

Each opt-in flow uses a separate, unchecked checkbox with plain-language consent text that explicitly references NeverMiss.ai and SMS/text messaging.

  • The post-payment onboarding form at /onboarding (account & service messages, optional promotional)
  • The contact form on the homepage (account & service follow-up only)
  • The callback request form at /callback (callback confirmation only)

We do not collect SMS opt-in verbally during phone calls. If you'd like a follow-up text after speaking with our AI receptionist, please use the callback form.

Audit record

Each opt-in is logged with the date and time, the form you used, your IP address at submission, the version of this disclosure shown to you, and your individual checkbox selections. These records are retained for at least five years after the last message sent or after opt-out, whichever is later, as required by applicable regulations.

Changes

We may update this page from time to time. The version tag at the top of the page changes with the disclosure text, and your original opt-in remains tied to the version of the disclosure that was in effect when you opted in.
